PENGARUH MEDIA SOSIAL TERHADAP MODAL SOSIAL DAN MANAJEMEN PENGETAHUAN

STUDI KASUS UKM DI KABUPATEN KOTAWARINGIN TIMUR

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung media sosial terhadap manajemen pengetahuan dan untuk mengetahui modal sosial sebagai mediator pengaruh tidak langsung antara media sosial dan manajemen pengetahuan pada UKM di Kabupaten Kotawaringin Timur. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling di mana untuk pengumpulan datanya menggunakan kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah para pelaku UKM di Kabupaten Kotawaringin Timur yang tidak diketahui jumlah populasinya sehingga didapatkan responden sebanyak 51 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media sosial berpengaruh langsung secara signifikan terhadap manajemen pengetahuan UKM di Kabupaten Kotawaringin Timur dan modal sosial berpengaruh signifikan sebagai mediator antara media sosial dan manajemen pengetahuan.
